Superintendent Gregg Taylor
Superintendent Gregg Taylor began his professional tenure at North Franklin School District in 1993 as a teacher at Connell High School. A 1985 graduate of CHS, he returned to his home district after earning degrees in both English and Spanish from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Taylor has experienced North Franklin School district from virtually every angle: as a student, a teacher, a principal, a director, and superintendent. While teaching, Mr. Taylor earned his Masters degree in professional development at Heritage University. Upon finishing his administrative credentials, he became the principal at Basin City Elementary in 1998. After five years as principal, he became the NFSD Federal Programs Director. While in this position, he continued his own education, and finished the superintendent program at Washington State University.Mr. Taylor is again a student, currently working toward his doctorate.
Mr. Taylor and his wife, KayLynn, both home-grown, lifelong residents of NFSD, now have four children who all attend NFSD schools.
